SHIPPING:

 

 

We know that receiving your order quickly is very important to you and therefore to us!

We will do our very best to get your order out as soon as possible. This generally is within 3 - 7 business days UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED.

 

  We use UPS 3 Day Select for USA and UPS Expedited for International Orders. This service takes about 2-5 days to deliver (USA) depending on where you are in the USA. International orders can take awhile depending on what your country's Customs and delivery times are.

 

  We are located in Oregon, USA.

 

  So, overall, please allow up to 7-14 business days for your order to arrive and longer around the holidays.

 

  If you should have a special request for a product or shipping option such as Express Mail or UPS service, please contact me and I will do my best to accommodate you.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

 

  Please be advised that if you have ordered a product from outside the USA, Gotcha Ghost will only charge you for postage costs to ship your item but we are not involved in the Customs fees or additional fees charged by your government.

This includes but may not be limited to: Additional postage, Customs, VAT, Import Duties etc.

 

  We are not responsible for these charges nor do we benefit in any way from them. 

 

  Please do not ask us to under value or enter false information about your order as this is a violation of US and International Transportation Laws and Gotcha Ghost could be subject to prosecution.

 

 

REFUNDS:

 

You may return your purchase within 30 days for any reason for a full refund. Buyer pays return shipping.
